Running in the morning has never been such a pleasant thing! 9am and something, a beautiful sunny day and lots of wind, but warm wind like if it was 1 o’clock and maybe in the Desert. I managed to do my 30 min run after a period of low running or almost no running. It was peaceful and calm in the Docklands, starfishes on the docks, what a beautiful surprise while running! I just felt free and full of energy with the world just waiting for my next move. A white paper to fill in. Great feeling! Running is great! Let’s see if I can make it a good habit and maybe to some city runs or so! I’ll keep you posted on that!
