Wandering around some of the lanes of Melbourne CBD is just a way of positively loose and recharge yourself. It’s an inspiring place! You suddenly think you are not in Melbourne, but in some busy little Asian lane or a Georgian/ Victorian elegant Arcade or a busy street full of cafes somewhere in Europe, with one of the greatest choice you could have. From Italian Style cafes to Sushi bars, Asian places, Fusion or International Flavour spots. Some are just beautiful to look at, some have a more ‘worn-out’ look, and you think that maybe a lot people have stopped by, a container for lots of stories. I don’t know whether this ‘stream of consciousness’ is actually the result of a meditation class I just tried out for the first time.
