Feel like a Paradise Beach Escape? Port Douglas, Queensland / Volete una spiaggia paradisiaca? Port Douglas e dintorni

The warm weather of these days, over 20°C with top of 25°C, makes me dream about a beach escape somewhere. Although I could probably go to the Mornington Peninsula or to South Melbourne just to enjoy a beach day. And the strangest thing to me is that it’s May, which is the last month of Fall before winter comes. Of course here Downunder. So I cannot prevent myself from thinking about the 5 days I spent in Queensland, in Port Douglas, last summer, as I forgot to write about it. I guess I just kept enjoying the good Melbourne weather, but now my mind goes back to the good memory that trip left me. It’s good to remember the nice time I had there, before thinking about the next trip. I had been to Queensland before, but not really stopped and enjoyed the laidback pace of Port Douglas.
