POSITIVE MONDAY ! – Do you need some extra motivation to do something healthy?

Eating well and doing sports should be part of our daily routine and it’s up to us to keep it up, but as we all know, it’s not always easy. Millions of things come up or we are just lazy or just the day you decided to go to the gym your mate invites you to grab a beer or whatever. I’m though firmly convinced that involving others really helps, as doing some activity together or sharing healthy recipes, own goals or achievements!

It helps even more when an Insurance company, Medibank, launches an advertising campaign “Generation Better” (or #GenBetter) aimed to help you lead a healthy life, by sharing tips, yummy healthy recipes or just motivating you to go out there and do something: “Give it a go”. It also tells you nobody expects you to be a champion on your first day and not to worry about it, but to try to keep doing it , step by step, as long as you like it. It motivates you even more when by sharing a photo of you eating healthy or doing some sport on Instagram or Twitter, you can be winning, for example, a pair of Asics running shoes, among other things, like it happened to me when I shared my Sunday morning bike ride!🙂 So “Give it a go” and be part of “Generation Better”!

Definitely a well designed Marketing initiative!
