What does it take to be a Melbournian? // 18 cose per dire di essere di Melbourne

Today, or tonight, I just wanted to share with you this funny article about 18 things that define you as a Melbournian according to the Herald Sun. I must say I already agree on some of them. For example I want to have a good coffee shop near home, and I’d like also to be able to buy ‘Prosciutto di Parma‘ everytime I want at the Woolworths close to my house, but I still don’t freak out if I don’t have a good souvlaki within reach, but it nerves me more that I need to travel a bit to find good Dim Sim (it’s not the Vietnamese Pho, but still Asian, C’mon I’m Italian, it already counts for me!😉 ). So as you can see, I’m getting there eheh Although I still miss the #2 that says that the AFL final is more important than Xmas, New Year’s and Australia Day (at the same time). The question is, will I ever get there? It can both sound scary and exciting at the same time!🙂 I’m very familiar with both number 4, 11, 17 and number 6, I have already trained with saying Milan is better that Rome for a long time!! And probably more things can be added…By the way, the Docklands wheel is almost finished or it looks like … and I too ask myself why they built in the windy Docklands🙂

Enjoy the article, it’s worth reading it: http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/youre-not-a-melburnian-until-18-things-melburnians-will-understand/story-fni0fit3-1226691571891
